1. Data controller

The personal data controller is Gaide LLP, Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan. For questions about data processing, please use the corporate email address listed on the Contacts page.

2. What data we collect

Through the partnership form: company name, country, website, contact person, position, email, phone, product area, a description of the proposal and, optionally, an attached PDF file.

3. Why we use it

To review the cooperation proposal and to contact the applicant. The data is not used for mailings without separate consent.

4. Legal basis

The applicant's consent, given by ticking the corresponding box in the form, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Personal Data and Its Protection.

5. Transfer and storage

Forms are stored in the website's secure content management system and sent to Gaide's corporate email. The data is not sold or transferred to third parties for their own purposes. It is kept no longer than necessary to review the proposal and to comply with legal requirements.

6. Spam protection and analytics

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. If Google Analytics or Yandex Metrica is enabled on the website, it collects anonymised visit statistics.

7. Map

The map loads from a third-party service only after you click “Show map”.

8. Your rights

You may request information about your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent by writing to Gaide's corporate email.
